Breaking Ground for a Greener Future
As we step into a new month, a groundbreaking ceremony marks the initiation of the first phase of this monumental project. Mijas City Council, driven by a commitment to enrich the lives of the community, has set the wheels in motion to create The Grand Park Costa del Sol.
From Blueprint to Reality
The dreamy illustrations and vivid descriptions we've shared in our previous blogs are now taking form. Mijas Town Hall had asked the kids in Mijas to come up with suggestions of what to include in the new park and how it should look. 6.000 kids have handed in suggestions to the Town Hall.
And now we can soon look for this to become a reality.
A Testament to Collaboration
The Mijas Town Hall and a consortium of dedicated companies are collaborating to turn this vision into reality. The recent contract signing ceremony between the Mijas Town Hall, represented by Councilor Roy Pérez, and the UTE Gran Parque Mijas, represented by Rafael Fernández Capilla, marked a significant milestone. With a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and community welfare, this collaboration promises a park that will stand as a testament to what can be achieved through collective effort.
